The Georgia Employers' Association, an affiliate of the Georgia Chamber, invites you to participate in the 2008/2009 Wage & Salary Survey Process. By participating in the survey process you will receive a FREE copy of the survey results, a $200.00 value. Wage surveys are useful in determining if your salaries are in line with your competitors, which is critical, especially in this time of economic challenges. Please read the following instructions so your participation will be successful. Remember all survey results will be kept confidential and individual company data can not be recognized.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE AND GET THE $200.00 SURVEY RESULTS FREE OF CHARGE?
There are three ways to participate.
- PREFERRED METHOD:(a) Go to the Georgia Employers' web site. www.georgiaemployers.org. You will find a word document and an excel spreadsheet (be sure to "enable" the macros when asked). The word document contains the instructions, the company information pages, and the job descriptions. The excel spreadsheet is for entry of your wage data. (b) Follow the instructions to complete the word document questionnaire and fax it to GEA at 478-474-8208 along with e-mailing the completed excel spreadsheet (wage survey) to david(at)georgiaemployers.org.
- (a) Send an e-mail to david(at)georgiaemployers.org and the instructions and wage survey will be sent to you via e-mail.(b) Once received, follow the instructions to complete the word document questionnaire and fax to GEA at 478-474-8208 along with e-mailing the completed excel spreadsheet (wage survey) to david(at)georgiaemployers.org.
- Call David Whitaker at 478-474-5508 and a fax or hard copy via mail will be sent to you. You can return by fax to 478-474-8208 or mail to:
