The Georgia Chamber offers two specialized health insurance plans for employees of Chamber Members: the SMART Plan for small businesses and the Chamber Plus Plan for mid-sized employers. Both plans provide access to comprehensive healthcare benefits, designed to fit the unique needs of Georgia businesses and their employees.

Who is eligible for the Georgia Chamber SMART Plan?

The Georgia Chamber SMART Plan is available to small business employers with at least two employees enrolled on their medical plan and no more than 50 eligible employees, domiciled in Georgia. Eligible employers must also be a member of the Georgia Chamber or a participating local chamber in good standing.

Designed for businesses with 51 to 99 employees, offering credits, discounts, and first-year renewal guarantees, alongside comprehensive medical plans.

Who is eligible for the Chamber Plus Plan?

The Chamber Plus Plan is available to employers with at least 51 employees enrolled on their medical plan and no more than 99 eligible employees, domiciled in Georgia. Eligible employers must also be a member of the Georgia Chamber or a participating local chamber in good standing.

Membership Dues Support

$200 in membership dues paid by Anthem for eligible small businesses joining the Georgia Chamber.
